Cubs game cheesehead roadtrip just got betterLeave a Comment
While #Cubs fans anxiously look forward to viewing and experiencing the upgrades to “the friendly confines” our cheesehead friends in Milwaukee have also been hard at work improving “Wrigley Field North”.
This season will see the first major upgrades to the fan spaces of Miller Park, home of the #Brewers and unofficial home away from home of the Chicago Cubs since the ballpark opened in 2001. The off season overhaul comes complete with an architectural redesign throughout the ballpark that features 11 new concession stands, new portable stands and two new full-service bars, along with a “Local Brews” Bar that features 30 taps serving craft beers from across Wisconsin.
Fans will also enjoy a completely redesigned menu with a heavy emphasis on local products reflective of the culture of Wisconsin. “Heavy” being the key word here with mac and cheese, frozen custard and cheese curds being added to the offerings. No word yet on whether or not our #Wisconsin hosts will offer up a customized “C” shaped Kringle in honor of our World Series Champion Chicago Cubs.
